You’re not calling a plumber because everything’s great. Something’s backed up, leaking, or completely shot. Maybe it’s a slow drain that finally quit. Maybe it’s water pooling where it shouldn’t be. Maybe your slab foundation just made a bad plumbing problem ten times worse.
Here’s what you get when the problem’s actually fixed: no more standing water in your shower. No more guessing if that smell is coming from your pipes. No more weekend plans canceled because you’re dealing with a backup. Just working plumbing that doesn’t demand your attention every other week.
Florida’s hard water and heavy rainfall don’t make things easier. Mineral buildup corrodes pipes faster here than most states. Slab foundations mean you can’t just pop open a basement and fix things. When something breaks, it’s not a quick patch job. You need someone who knows how these systems fail in Brevard County and how to fix them so they stay fixed.
We started in 2007 when Carl, a plumber since age 16, decided Brevard County needed someone who’d show up, quote honestly, and do the work right. Over 40 years of combined plumbing experience and 20 years of military service back every job we do. That’s not marketing talk—it’s how we operate.
We’re licensed, insured, and based right here on Florida’s Space Coast. We’ve seen what Florida’s groundwater does to pipes. We know the drainage issues that come with being one of the rainiest states. We’ve dug into enough slab foundations to know what that repair actually costs and how to minimize it.
You’re not getting a national franchise or a contractor who learned plumbing in a different climate. You’re getting a local team that’s handled thousands of Brevard County homes and knows exactly what breaks, why it breaks, and how to fix it.
First, you call or contact us and describe what’s happening. We ask a few questions to understand if it’s an emergency or something we can schedule. If it’s urgent, we move fast. If it’s not, we find a time that works for you.
When we arrive, we assess the problem—not just the symptom. A clogged drain might be hair buildup, but it might also be a root intrusion or a broken line under your slab. We figure out what’s actually wrong before we quote you. Then we give you an upfront price. No surprises, no “we’ll see when we get in there” pricing.
Once you approve, we do the work. That might mean snaking a drain, replacing a section of PVC, or installing a new water line from your house to the street. We clean up when we’re done. We test everything to make sure it works. And we explain what we did so you’re not left guessing what you just paid for.

Drain replacement and installation. If your old cast iron or galvanized pipes are corroded from Florida’s chlorinated water, we remove them safely and install modern PVC or other materials that handle the mineral content better. We handle everything from your home to the street.
Emergency plumbing repairs. Leaks, backups, broken water heaters, busted sewer lines—we respond fast when something goes wrong. Brevard County’s high water table and heavy rainfall can turn a small leak into a major problem quickly. We get there before it gets worse.
PVC replacement and upgrades. Older homes in Pineda often have outdated piping that can’t handle Florida’s water conditions. We replace sections or entire systems depending on what’s failing. Modern materials last longer and resist the corrosion that wrecks older pipes.
Leak detection and water line work. Sometimes the problem isn’t obvious. Water bills spike, floors get soft, or you hear running water when nothing’s on. We find the leak, even if it’s under your slab, and fix it without tearing up more than necessary. Florida’s concrete slab foundations make this tricky, but we’ve done it enough to know the most efficient approach.
It depends on what’s failing and where it’s located. A simple drain line replacement under a sink or in an accessible crawl space might run a few hundred dollars. A sewer line running under your slab foundation or out to the street can cost several thousand because of the excavation and labor involved.
Florida’s slab foundations add complexity. If the pipe is under concrete, we have to cut into the slab, remove the damaged section, and replace it. That’s more expensive than a state where homes have basements or crawl spaces. But it’s also necessary—ignoring a broken line under your slab leads to water damage, mold, and foundation issues that cost way more to fix later.
We give you an upfront price before we start. No hourly rates that climb as the job goes on. You’ll know exactly what it costs and why. If there’s a cheaper option that still solves the problem, we’ll tell you.
Florida’s hard water is a big part of it. Our groundwater has high mineral content—calcium, magnesium, and other sediment that builds up inside pipes over time. That buildup narrows the pipe diameter, so water drains slower and clogs happen more often. Hair, soap scum, and grease make it worse.
Heavy chlorination is another factor. Florida treats its groundwater heavily to make it drinkable, but that chlorine corrodes pipe interiors. As pipes corrode, rough surfaces catch debris more easily. What used to drain fine now catches everything.
Tree roots are common in Brevard County. Our soil stays wet, and roots seek out water sources. If you have older clay or cast iron sewer lines, roots can infiltrate through joints or cracks. Once they’re in, they catch waste and toilet paper, causing backups. A camera inspection can confirm if roots are the issue.
Yes. If you have a plumbing emergency—burst pipe, sewer backup, water heater failure, major leak—we respond as fast as we can. Same-day service depends on our schedule and how urgent the situation is, but we prioritize emergencies over routine work.
Florida’s climate doesn’t give you much room to wait. A leak under your slab can cause serious water damage in hours, not days. A backed-up sewer line isn’t just inconvenient—it’s a health hazard. We understand that, and we move quickly when it matters.
Call us as soon as you notice the problem. The sooner we know, the sooner we can get there. If it’s after hours or on a weekend, still call. Plumbing problems don’t wait for business hours, and neither do we when it’s an emergency.
A straightforward PVC replacement in an accessible area—under a sink, in a wall, or in an attic—usually takes a few hours. We remove the old section, measure and cut the new PVC, fit it, seal the connections, and test for leaks. If everything’s accessible and there are no surprises, it’s a same-day job.
Replacing a main sewer line or a pipe under a slab foundation takes longer. We might need to excavate, cut concrete, or dig a trench from your house to the street. That can take a full day or more depending on the length of the line and how deep it’s buried. Florida’s high water table sometimes complicates digging, especially after heavy rain.
We’ll give you a time estimate before we start. If we hit something unexpected—like additional damage or a layout issue—we’ll let you know immediately and explain how it affects the timeline and cost.
Florida’s groundwater is loaded with minerals and heavily chlorinated. That combination is rough on pipes. The minerals—calcium, magnesium, and others—leave deposits inside pipes that build up over time. The chlorine, added to make the water safe to drink, corrodes metal pipes from the inside out. Copper, galvanized steel, and cast iron all suffer.
High humidity and heat don’t help. Pipes sweat, and moisture accelerates corrosion on the outside too. If you have older galvanized pipes, you’re especially vulnerable. Those pipes were common decades ago, but they corrode quickly in Florida’s conditions. You’ll see rust-colored water, low pressure, and eventually leaks.
Modern materials like PVC and PEX resist corrosion better. If your home still has old metal pipes, replacing them isn’t just about fixing leaks—it’s about preventing the next five leaks. We can assess your system and let you know if a full replacement makes sense or if spot repairs will hold up.
Call us immediately. Slab leaks—water or sewer lines leaking under your concrete foundation—cause serious damage fast. Water can undermine your foundation, warp floors, spike your water bill, and create mold problems. The longer it leaks, the worse it gets.
Signs of a slab leak include warm spots on your floor, the sound of running water when nothing’s on, cracks in your walls or floor, or a water bill that jumps for no reason. If you notice any of these, don’t wait. Florida’s slab foundations make these leaks expensive to ignore.
We locate the leak using specialized equipment, then determine the best repair method. Sometimes we can reroute the line to avoid cutting into the slab. Other times, we have to cut the concrete, access the pipe, and replace the damaged section. We’ll explain your options and the costs upfront so you can make an informed decision. Slab leaks are stressful, but catching them early saves you money and damage.
