Hear from Our Customers
You stop wondering if there’s enough hot water for everyone to shower. You stop hearing that clicking sound at 2 a.m. You stop seeing puddles forming under the tank.
When your water heater works right, mornings run smoother. Your energy bill stops climbing every month. And you’re not constantly checking how much hot water is left before the dishwasher runs.
That’s what happens when the repair is done correctly the first time. Or when the replacement actually fits your home’s demands instead of just matching what was there before. You get reliability without the constant worry that it’ll quit again next month.
We’re a family-owned plumbing company that’s been serving Sharpes and Brevard County for nearly two decades. We’re state-certified, fully licensed, and we actually show up the same day you call.
Our team brings over 40 years of combined plumbing experience and 20 years of military service. That background shows up in how we work: on time, no runaround, and we don’t leave until the job’s done right.
We know Sharpes homes. We know how Florida’s hard water tears up heating elements. We know what happens when a water heater sits through hurricane season. And we know how to fix it fast without selling you things you don’t need.
You call, and we schedule same-day service if you need it. No waiting around for a three-day window. We show up when we say we will.
When we get there, we diagnose the problem first. If it’s a simple fix like a faulty heating element or pressure valve, we repair it on the spot. If your water heater is beyond repair or it makes more sense to replace it, we walk you through your options without the pressure.
For replacements, we help you choose between a traditional tank or a tankless system based on your home’s hot water demand and your budget. Then we handle the full installation, including any necessary gas line or electrical work, and haul away your old unit. You’re left with hot water that works and a clear explanation of what we did.
Ready to get started?
Every water heater service includes a full system diagnostic. We check your heating elements, anode rods, pressure relief valves, and thermostat settings. If there’s sediment buildup, which is common in Sharpes because of our hard water, we flush the tank.
For emergency repairs, we’re available 24/7. That matters when your tank bursts at midnight or you smell gas near your water heater. We respond fast because we know water damage doesn’t wait for business hours.
If you need a replacement, we install both traditional tank and tankless systems. Tankless units are popular here in Brevard County because they save space and handle Florida’s year-round hot water demand without the standby energy loss. We’ll also upgrade your system to meet current Florida plumbing codes, which is required and protects your home’s value.
If your water heater is under 10 years old and the issue is something like a faulty heating element, a broken thermostat, or a leaking pressure valve, repair usually makes sense. These fixes are straightforward and cost a fraction of replacement.
But if your unit is over 12 years old, you’re seeing rust in your hot water, or you’ve already spent money on multiple repairs in the past year, replacement is the smarter move. When 12 months of repairs equals half the cost of a new water heater, you’re throwing money away.
We’ll be straight with you about which option makes sense. If a repair buys you another five years, we’ll tell you. If you’re just delaying the inevitable and wasting money, we’ll tell you that too.
Traditional tank water heaters store 40 to 80 gallons of hot water and keep it heated all day. They’re less expensive upfront and work well for most homes. The downside is they can run out of hot water during high-demand times, and they waste energy keeping that water hot even when you’re not using it.
Tankless water heaters heat water on demand. They’re more energy-efficient, last 15 to 20 years instead of 8 to 12, and you never run out of hot water. They’re popular in Sharpes because they take up less space and handle Florida’s year-round hot water needs without the standby energy waste.
The tradeoff is cost. Tankless systems cost more upfront, but they pay for themselves over time through lower energy bills and longer lifespan. We’ll help you run the numbers based on your home’s usage and your budget.
Most traditional tank water heater installations take three to five hours. That includes removing your old unit, installing the new one, connecting gas or electric lines, and testing the system to make sure everything works.
Tankless installations can take longer, usually four to eight hours, because they often require upgrades to your gas line or electrical system to handle the higher demand. If your home needs those upgrades, we handle them as part of the installation.
We don’t rush the job. You’ll have hot water by the end of the day, and the installation will be done right so you’re not dealing with leaks or code violations down the road.
Yes, if you call early enough and we have availability. Same-day service is one of the main reasons people call us instead of larger plumbing companies that book out days or weeks in advance.
We keep common parts like heating elements, thermostats, and pressure relief valves on our trucks, so most repairs happen on the spot. If we need to order a part, we’ll let you know upfront how long it’ll take and whether a temporary fix makes sense in the meantime.
For emergencies like a burst tank or a gas leak, we’re available 24/7. We know water heater failures don’t wait for convenient times, and water damage gets worse by the hour.
If you’re running out of hot water faster than you used to, it’s usually one of three things: sediment buildup, a failing heating element, or your water heater is too small for your household’s current demand.
Sediment buildup is common in Sharpes because of Central Florida’s hard water. Minerals settle at the bottom of the tank and insulate the heating element, making it work harder and heat less water. Flushing the tank usually fixes this.
If one of your heating elements has failed, your water heater is only working at half capacity. That’s a straightforward repair. But if your household has grown or your water usage has increased and your 40-gallon tank can’t keep up anymore, you might need a larger tank or an upgrade to a tankless system that provides endless hot water.
Turn off the power or gas supply to your water heater immediately. If it’s electric, flip the breaker. If it’s gas, turn the gas valve to the off position. Then shut off the water supply using the valve at the top of the tank.
Small leaks from the pressure relief valve or a loose connection can sometimes be repaired. But if water is pooling around the base of the tank, that usually means the tank itself has corroded and cracked. That’s not repairable, and you’ll need a replacement.
Don’t wait on this. A leaking water heater can cause serious water damage to your floors, walls, and anything stored nearby. Call us right away, and we’ll get there fast to assess the damage and get you back up and running.
