You stop worrying about water pooling in your sink every time you wash dishes. You don’t smell that sewer odor creeping through the bathroom anymore. Your shower drains in seconds instead of leaving you standing in ankle-deep water.
That’s what proper drain cleaning does. It doesn’t just push the problem down the line—it clears the blockage completely so you’re not calling someone back in three weeks.
Whether it’s grease buildup in your kitchen line, tree roots breaking into your sewer pipe, or just years of gunk slowing everything down, the right equipment handles it. Hydro-jetting blasts through blockages with high-pressure water. Mechanical snaking breaks up what’s stuck. Both get your plumbing back to normal without tearing up your yard or your schedule.
You get your time back. Your home feels cleaner. And you’re not dealing with the same clog over and over because someone only half-fixed it the first time.
We’ve been handling drain and rooter work across Brevard County since 2007. Carl, our owner and master plumber, personally oversees every job. He’s got over 40 years of combined plumbing experience and 20 years of military service backing the way we run things—with honesty, accountability, and no shortcuts.
You’re not getting a call center or a rotating crew of strangers. You’re working with a small, family-owned business that knows South Cocoa Beach’s plumbing challenges inside and out. The humid climate, the acidic soil, the saltwater exposure—it all affects how your pipes age and what causes them to clog. We’ve seen it all, and we know how to fix it right the first time.
We’re fully licensed and insured. We don’t charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays. And we’ll walk you through what’s wrong and what it’ll take to fix it before we start any work.
First, we figure out what’s actually causing the problem. That might mean running a camera down your line to see if it’s roots, grease, or a collapsed section of pipe. We don’t guess—we look.
Once we know what we’re dealing with, we choose the right tool. For heavy blockages or root intrusions, we use hydro-jetting—high-pressure water that scours the inside of your pipes clean. For simpler clogs, a mechanical snake does the job without the extra cost. Either way, the goal is the same: clear the line completely so it flows like it should.
After the cleaning, we’ll show you what we found and talk through any concerns. If your pipes are aging or vulnerable to future problems, we’ll let you know. If they’re fine and just needed a good cleaning, we’ll tell you that too. No upselling, no scare tactics—just straight information so you can make the right call.
Most jobs are done the same day. You’re back to normal fast, and you’re not left wondering if the problem’s really fixed.
Ready to get started?
You get a full inspection to identify the blockage. That includes camera work if needed, so we’re not just guessing what’s down there. You’ll see it too if you want—we’re not hiding anything.
You get the right cleaning method for your situation. Hydro-jetting for serious buildup, roots, or grease. Mechanical snaking for straightforward clogs. Both are done by licensed professionals who know how to use the equipment without damaging your pipes.
You also get honest advice on what’s causing repeat problems. In South Cocoa Beach, that’s often tree roots working their way into older sewer lines, or corrosion from Florida’s acidic soil and high humidity. If your pipes are at risk, we’ll explain what that means and what your options are. If they’re fine, we’ll tell you that too.
No trip charges. No surprise fees for after-hours work. And if we recommend something, it’s because it’ll actually help—not because it pads the bill. You’re paying for the work that needs to be done, and that’s it.
If you’ve already tried a plunger or a basic drain cleaner and the problem keeps coming back, that’s your sign. DIY methods work for surface-level clogs—hair near the drain opening, a little soap buildup. But if water’s draining slowly in multiple fixtures, or if you’re dealing with a backup that won’t clear, the blockage is deeper than you can reach on your own.
Chemical drain cleaners are especially risky. They can eat through older pipes, and they rarely solve the actual problem. They might open a small path through the clog, but they don’t clear it completely. A week later, you’re back where you started.
If you’re seeing sewage backing up into your sinks or toilets, that’s a main line issue. That’s not a DIY situation—that’s a call-us-now situation. The longer you wait, the worse the damage gets and the more expensive the cleanup becomes.
Florida’s environment is tough on plumbing. The soil here is naturally acidic, which corrodes underground pipes faster than in other parts of the country. Add in high humidity and the chlorine levels in treated water, and your pipes are aging faster than they would elsewhere.
Tree roots are another big one. The warm, moist soil is perfect for root growth, and older concrete or clay sewer lines develop small cracks over time. Roots find those cracks, work their way in, and expand. Before long, you’ve got a blockage that no amount of snaking will fix permanently—you need hydro-jetting or, in severe cases, pipe repair.
Then there’s the heavy rain. South Cocoa Beach gets hit with serious storms, especially in summer. When the ground floods, debris gets washed into your sewer system. If your lines are already compromised, that extra load causes backups. It’s not your fault—it’s just the reality of living here. But it’s also why regular maintenance matters.
Most drain cleaning jobs are done in a few hours. If it’s a straightforward clog in a single drain, we’re usually in and out in under an hour. If we need to run a camera to locate the blockage or if we’re dealing with a main sewer line issue, it might take two to three hours.
Hydro-jetting takes a bit longer than snaking because we’re doing a more thorough job—we’re not just poking a hole through the clog, we’re scouring the entire pipe clean. But even then, you’re looking at a same-day fix in most cases.
If we find something more serious—like a collapsed pipe or major root intrusion that needs repair—we’ll talk through your options before moving forward. We’re not going to start tearing things apart without your approval. But for standard clogs and backups, you’re back to normal fast.
It depends on the condition of your pipes. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water—up to 5,000 PSI—to blast through blockages and clean pipe walls. If your pipes are structurally sound, it’s the most effective cleaning method available. It clears everything: grease, roots, mineral buildup, years of gunk.
But if your pipes are already compromised—cracked, corroded, or close to failing—that pressure can make things worse. That’s why we inspect first. We’ll run a camera down the line to check the pipe’s condition before we decide on hydro-jetting. If your pipes can’t handle it, we’ll use a mechanical snake instead or talk about repair options.
We’re not going to damage your plumbing to clear a clog. The goal is to fix the problem, not create a bigger one. If hydro-jetting isn’t the right call, we’ll tell you upfront.
A clogged drain affects one fixture—your kitchen sink, your shower, maybe a toilet. Water drains slowly or not at all, but it’s isolated to that spot. You can usually still use other drains in the house without issue.
A sewer line backup is a whole different problem. That’s when your main sewer line—the pipe that carries wastewater from your entire house out to the municipal system—gets blocked. When that happens, wastewater has nowhere to go, so it backs up into your home. You’ll see it in multiple fixtures at once: toilets, sinks, tubs. And it’s not just water—it’s sewage.
Sewer backups are health hazards. They need immediate attention. If you’re seeing wastewater coming up through your drains, don’t wait. Call us right away. The longer it sits, the more damage it does and the more contaminated your home becomes. This isn’t something you can fix with a plunger or a bottle of drain cleaner.
For most homes, once every year or two is enough to prevent major problems. If you’ve got older pipes, a lot of trees near your sewer line, or you’ve had repeat clogs in the past, you might want to do it annually.
Regular cleaning keeps buildup from turning into blockages. Grease, soap scum, hair—it all accumulates slowly. By the time you notice a problem, it’s usually been building for months. A preventive cleaning clears that out before it becomes an emergency.
If you’re in a commercial property or you run a busy household with heavy water use, you might need more frequent service. We can set up a maintenance schedule that makes sense for your situation. It’s a lot cheaper to prevent a clog than to deal with a backup at midnight on a weekend.
