A clogged drain doesn’t care about your schedule. It backs up during dinner prep, right before guests arrive, or when you’re already running late.
You need it handled fast. Not with a temporary fix that buys you two weeks. Not with a sales pitch for services you don’t need. Just a clear drain that works the way it should.
That’s what professional drain cleaning does. We use the right equipment to clear the blockage completely—whether it’s grease buildup, root intrusion, or Florida’s notorious hard water scaling. The water flows. The smell goes away. And you’re not standing in a puddle wondering if it’ll happen again tomorrow.
Most jobs take less than an hour. You’re not waiting around all day for a four-hour window. We show up, assess what’s actually going on, and handle it with equipment designed for the job—not a bottle of chemicals that’ll eat through your pipes over time.
We’ve been serving Bonaventure and the surrounding Weston area since 2007. We’re a family-owned company, veteran-operated, and we’ve seen just about every drain problem South Florida can throw at a homeowner.
Our owner started in plumbing at 16, earned his state license, and brought over 20 years of military discipline into how we run jobs. That means showing up when we say we will, doing the work right the first time, and not disappearing after we cash the check.
Bonaventure homes—especially in the gated communities around here—deal with unique challenges. Slab foundations mean you can’t just dig up a pipe without major cost. Florida’s hard water creates mineral buildup faster than almost anywhere else in the country. And the roots from all those beautiful mature trees? They’re aggressive, and they find their way into sewer lines year-round.
We know what we’re walking into before we get there. And we know how to fix it without turning your yard into a construction zone.
First, we listen. You tell us what’s going on—slow drain, complete backup, gurgling sounds, whatever you’re dealing with. We ask a few questions to get a clearer picture before we even leave the shop.
When we arrive, we assess the situation with professional-grade equipment. That might mean a camera inspection to see what’s actually blocking the line. It might mean checking multiple drains to see if it’s isolated or part of a bigger issue. We’re not guessing.
Once we know what’s causing the problem, we explain it in plain terms. No jargon. No upselling. Just what’s wrong, what it’ll take to fix it, and what it costs. If it’s a simple clog, we clear it with a drain snake or hydro jetting depending on what the blockage needs. If it’s roots, we cut them out and talk about longer-term options so it doesn’t keep happening.
After the line is clear, we test it to make sure water flows the way it should. We clean up the work area. And we make sure there’s nothing left for you to deal with except a drain that actually drains.
If there’s an underlying issue—like pipe damage or a compromised sewer line—we’ll let you know. But we’re not going to tell you the sky is falling if it isn’t.

Drain cleaning means different things depending on what’s clogged and why. A kitchen sink backed up with grease is a different job than a main sewer line full of roots. We handle both, and everything in between.
For most clogs, we use a professional drain snake or auger to break through the blockage and pull it out. For tougher buildup—especially the kind caused by Florida’s mineral-heavy water—we use hydro jetting. That’s high-pressure water that scours the inside of the pipe clean, not just pokes a hole through the clog.
In Bonaventure, we see a lot of root intrusion. The trees here are mature, the soil stays moist, and roots will find even the smallest crack in a sewer line. When that happens, we use a root cutter attachment to clear the line, and we’ll talk through your options for keeping it from coming back every six months.
We also handle preventive maintenance. If your drains are slow but not completely blocked, that’s the time to call—not after it backs up into your house. Regular cleaning keeps buildup from turning into an emergency, especially in homes with hard water or older plumbing.
Every service includes a clear explanation of what we found, what we did, and what (if anything) you should keep an eye on. We’re not trying to sell you a monthly contract or scare you into replacing pipes that are fine. Just honest feedback from someone who’s done this for decades.
Most drain cleaning jobs take between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on what’s causing the clog and where it’s located. A simple blockage in a kitchen or bathroom sink usually clears fast with a drain snake.
Main sewer line clogs take longer, especially if roots are involved or if we need to use hydro jetting to fully clear buildup. In those cases, you’re looking at one to two hours, sometimes more if we need to run a camera inspection to see what’s going on deeper in the line.
If there’s damage to the pipe itself—like a crack or collapse—that changes the timeline. We’ll let you know upfront if it’s something that requires more than standard drain cleaning. But for most calls, you’re not losing your whole day. We get in, clear it, test it, and get out.
Yes. Root intrusion is one of the most common drain problems we see in Bonaventure and throughout South Florida. Trees grow year-round here, and their roots are aggressive. They’ll work their way into any crack or joint in a sewer line, then expand and block the flow.
We use a specialized root cutter that attaches to our drain equipment. It cuts through the roots and clears the line so water can flow again. That said, if the roots are back because there’s a crack or break in the pipe, they’ll keep coming back until the pipe is repaired or replaced.
After we clear the line, we’ll usually recommend a camera inspection to see the condition of the pipe. If it’s in good shape, you might just need periodic root clearing. If there’s damage, we’ll talk through your options. Either way, you’ll know exactly what’s going on underground, not just what we think might be happening.
Snaking uses a long, flexible cable with a cutting head to break through a clog and pull it out. It works great for most blockages—hair, grease, small roots, things that got flushed that shouldn’t have been. It’s fast, effective, and usually all that’s needed for a standard clogged drain.
Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the inside of the pipe completely clean. It removes buildup, scale, grease, and anything stuck to the pipe walls—not just the clog itself. It’s the better option when you’re dealing with recurring clogs, heavy mineral buildup from hard water, or pipes that haven’t been cleaned in years.
In Florida, hydro jetting is especially useful because of how fast calcium and magnesium deposits build up inside pipes. Snaking will clear the blockage, but it won’t remove the scaling that’s narrowing the pipe. Hydro jetting resets the pipe to near-original diameter, which means it stays clear longer. We’ll recommend whichever method makes sense for your situation—not just whichever one costs more.
Not if it’s done correctly by someone who knows what they’re doing. That’s the key. Old pipes—especially cast iron or clay—can be fragile, and using the wrong equipment or too much pressure can cause more problems than it solves.
Before we start, we assess the condition of your plumbing. If your pipes are old or we suspect they’re compromised, we’ll adjust our approach. That might mean using a smaller cable, lower pressure, or recommending a camera inspection first to see what we’re working with.
Hydro jetting is safe for most pipes, but we don’t use it on lines that are already cracked or deteriorating. In those cases, we’ll clear the clog with a gentler method and talk through your options for repair or replacement. The goal is to fix the problem without creating a new one. We’ve been doing this long enough to know the difference.
It depends on your home, your plumbing, and how you use your drains. If you’ve never had a problem, you probably don’t need to schedule anything. But if you’re dealing with slow drains, recurring clogs, or you’ve had backups before, regular maintenance makes sense.
For most homes in Bonaventure, especially older ones or homes with mature trees nearby, an annual drain cleaning can prevent bigger problems. Florida’s hard water accelerates buildup inside pipes, and roots don’t take a break. Staying ahead of it means you’re less likely to deal with an emergency backup on a Sunday night.
If you’ve had major work done—like root removal or hydro jetting—we’ll give you a realistic timeline for when you should check in again. Some homes need attention every year. Others can go two or three. We’re not going to put you on a schedule just to keep you on a schedule. We’ll tell you what actually makes sense based on what we see in your pipes.
Yes. Drain emergencies don’t wait for business hours. When a main line backs up or a drain overflows, it needs to be handled now—not tomorrow morning.
We respond to emergency calls throughout Bonaventure and the surrounding area. That includes nights, weekends, and holidays. When you call, you’re talking to someone who can actually help you, not a call center three states away.
Emergency service costs more than scheduled work—that’s standard across the industry—but we’re upfront about pricing before we start. There’s no bait-and-switch or surprise fees after the fact. If it’s something that can wait until morning without causing damage, we’ll tell you that too. But if your home is at risk or you can’t use your plumbing, we’ll get there as fast we can and get it handled.
