Low water pressure usually comes down to a few things: clogged pipes, a failing pressure regulator, or a leak somewhere in the system. In older Brevard County homes, mineral buildup from hard water is a common cause. Over time, calcium and other minerals coat the inside of your pipes and restrict flow.
If the low pressure is only at one fixture, it’s likely a clogged aerator or a localized issue. If it’s throughout the whole house, the problem’s in your main line or pressure regulator.
We’ll test your pressure, inspect your lines, and track down the cause. If it’s buildup, repiping the affected sections solves it permanently. If it’s a regulator, we replace it. If there’s a hidden leak, we locate and repair it. Low pressure isn’t something you have to live with—it’s fixable.
Yes, we handle slab leaks, and they’re more common in Florida than most people realize. A slab leak is when a pipe under your concrete foundation starts leaking. It can cause foundation damage, mold growth, high water bills, and serious structural problems if it’s not caught early.
Signs include warm or cold spots on your floor, the sound of running water when nothing’s on, cracks in your walls or floor, or a sudden spike in your water bill. Sometimes you’ll notice your water heater running constantly because it’s trying to keep up with the loss.
We use specialized leak detection equipment—acoustic sensors and thermal imaging—to pinpoint the exact location without tearing up your entire slab. Once we find it, we assess whether to access and repair the pipe directly or reroute the line above ground or through the attic, depending on what makes the most sense for your home.
